Telehealth Services

For your safety and that of our staff, we are offering Telehealth Services (online doctor visits) with your provider. Only patients with conditions that require an in-person visit will be asked to come to the health center to see their provider. Telehealth visits are available to you through your phone or your computer, at no or low additional cost, as a benefit through your health plan.

You can access Telehealth Services by logging in to My Chart or calling (323) 635-1140 for assistance.

Use Telehealth Services for:

  • Allergic reactions
  • Cough
  • Eye infections
  • Ear infections (adults)
  • Fever
  • Joint pain
  • Mouth sores
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Rashes
  • Runny Nose
  • Mild shortness of breath
  • Sneezing
  • Sore Throat

Telehealth services will not be used for emergency warning signs for COVID-19, which include*:

  • Trouble breathing
  • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
  • New confusion or inability to arouse
  • Bluish lips or face
